Today on GeekFest Rants Carlos and James preview two of this new year's most anticipated films, Blade Runner 2049 and Alien: Covenant. Ridley Scott is back with a two punch strategy for dominating the box office. With Blade Runner 2049 we get to visit ex-agent Rick Decker 30 years later, once again played by Harrison Ford and this time joining him is Ryan Gosling. Then the continuation of Prometheus, bringing us closer and closer to the 1979 classic, Alien. David, played by Michael Fassbender is back and so are those nasty alien creatures we all love so much. It looks like this time around they are taking a more horror theme approach to the story. October and May could not come any faster.
